Trip to Idea Animal Care Center

The foundation for IDEA Animal Care Center (IACC) was laid by the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and IDEA founder Leyla Aliyeva in October of 2014 and officially commenced its operations on 1 March 2017.  

A rescue centre provides short-term shelter, medical care, and rehabilitation, intending to find a more suitable placement for longer-term stay elsewhere. 

Our students enjoyed entering the shelters, playing with cats and dogs, and meeting the IACC staff members. It enabled them to understand and reflect on the importance of treating animals with kindness and care.
